We want you to love your purchase! Please do not send products back. All orders are shipped with our warehouse address on the packing slip for internal tracking.
If you experience any issues with your order, notify us right away. We will replace the product at no cost.
To process a replacement, please submit a clear photo of the damaged or defective item. Once we receive your photo, we’ll ship a replacement directly to you.
All sales are final. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and can offer an exchange for a different item or a product of equal or lesser value if preferred.
